1. Services
RJ PhotoBlock provides professional media production services including listing photography, property video tours, drone and aerial photography, short-term rental media, and personal branding video suites. All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a signed or acknowledged quote or invoice.
2. Bookings and deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any session. Your date and time are not held until this deposit is received. Submitting a deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
3. Payment
The remaining balance is due in full on the day of the session, prior to delivery of any files or media. Late payments are subject to escalating fees as outlined in your invoice. All media remains the sole property of RJ PhotoBlock until the invoice is settled in full.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session forfeit the deposit and may incur a rebooking fee. RJ PhotoBlock reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring the property or location is accessible, reasonably clean, and ready for photography or filming at the scheduled time. Delays caused by the client may result in a shortened session or an additional fee. RJ PhotoBlock is not responsible for the appearance of properties, persons, or items not disclosed prior to the session.
6. Delivery and turnaround
Edited photos and videos are delivered digitally within the timeframe communicated at booking. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on session complexity and current workload. Rush delivery may be available at an additional fee.
7. Usage rights and licensing
Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered media for the agreed purpose, which includes property listings, personal branding, and marketing. RJ PhotoBlock retains the right to use any media produced for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless a written agreement to the contrary is made prior to the session.
Raw and unedited files are not included in any package and are not available for purchase unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
8. Drone and aerial services
Drone sessions are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and applicable Jamaican aviation authority regulations. RJ PhotoBlock reserves the right to cancel the drone component of any session at our discretion, including due to unsafe conditions, restricted airspace, or equipment considerations.
9. Limitation of liability
RJ PhotoBlock's liability is limited to the value of the services paid for. We are not liable for indirect losses including but not limited to missed listing deadlines, loss of sale, or reputational damage arising from delays, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to mediation under Jamaican law. These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
11. Changes to these terms
RJ PhotoBlock reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your session. For questions, contact us directly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Your details may be shared only where required by law or in the event of a formal dispute resolution process.
6. Data storage
Your information is stored securely in our booking and invoicing systems. We retain client records for a reasonable period to support accounting, dispute resolution, and repeat bookings. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to any legal obligations we are required to fulfil.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request corrections, or to request that your information be deleted. To make any such request, contact us directly and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Cookies and website data
Our website may collect basic usage data such as page visits through standard analytics tools. This data is anonymous and is used only to understand how visitors interact with the site. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
